• Name — when you sign up for our email newsletter or join WheelMetrics Pro
• Email address — when you sign up for our email newsletter, join WheelMetrics Pro, or contact us
• Account and profile information — when you join WheelMetrics Pro, an account is created for you on Circle, the platform that hosts our paid membership and community. This includes your name and email address, along with any optional profile details you choose to add, such as a profile photo, headline, or bio.
• Community content — posts, comments, replies, chat messages, and any other content you share in the WheelMetrics Pro community spaces on Circle.
• Billing information — when you purchase a WheelMetrics Pro subscription, checkout is handled by Circle and payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment card details are passed directly to Stripe. WheelMetrics does not receive or store your full payment card number. We receive transaction records such as subscription status, purchase and renewal dates, and amounts paid.

Information collected automatically:

We currently use the following third-party services that may collect data automatically:

• Kit (formerly ConvertKit): Our email service provider, which collects email engagement data (opens, clicks) when you subscribe to our newsletter.
• Circle: The platform that hosts the WheelMetrics Pro membership, community, and live calls. Circle uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to operate the community, and collects usage and device data including IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and content interactions. • Plausible Analytics: A privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that collects anonymous usage data (pages visited, referral source, browser, operating system, and device type). Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across websites. All data is aggregated and no individual visitors can be identified. • Google Analytics (GA4): A web analytics service provided by Google that helps us understand how visitors interact with our site. Google Analytics uses cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish users and sessions, and collects information including pages visited, referral source, approximate geographic location (derived from IP address, which is anonymized), browser, operating system, and device type. We do not use cookies for advertising purposes. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

Community Content and Live Calls

WheelMetrics Pro includes a private community and live weekly calls, both hosted on Circle.

Community content is visible to other members. Anything you post in the community spaces — posts, comments, replies, and chat messages — along with your profile name and photo, is visible to other WheelMetrics Pro members and to us. Please don’t share account numbers, brokerage statements, or other sensitive personal or financial details in the community.

Live calls are recorded. Our weekly member calls are recorded and made available on demand to WheelMetrics Pro members. If you join a call, speak, ask a question, or appear on camera, that participation is part of the recording. You are welcome to attend without speaking or turning on your camera if you’d prefer not to be included.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as you remain subscribed to our services. If you unsubscribe from our email list, your data will be removed from our active mailing lists. If you cancel your WheelMetrics Pro subscription, your access to the community ends and your account information is retained by Circle in accordance with their retention practices; we retain transaction records for as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Content you posted in the community may remain visible after you leave unless you delete it or ask us to remove it. Some data may be retained in backups or logs for a reasonable period as required for legal or operational purposes.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your personal information by unsubscribing from our email list, closing your WheelMetrics Pro account, or contacting us directly
• Opt out of email communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email
• Manage your WheelMetrics Pro account — you can edit your profile, adjust your community notification settings, and cancel your subscription from your account settings on Circle
